in a real fight, we all know Batman would win

Superman’s weakness to Kryptonite is often trotted out as a weakness that Batman could effectively exploit. But the question of how effective this would be, or how easy it would be to acquire, are important, often overlooked aspects. The availability of Kryptonite is suspect. It’s unknown how much there is, as comics have depicted it as either being readily available or extremely scarce. But even when Superman has gone up against villains who have wielded Kryptonite, he’s still managed to come out on top. Just ask Lex Luthor how many times he’s beaten Superman using the Man of Steel’s weakness. As advanced as Batman’s technology may be, it still has one massive disadvantage: it comes from Earth. Superman has an entire Fortress filled with the advanced technology of not only Krypton, but also those he’s collected from other worlds and dimensions. If you thought the Batcave was impressive, you still haven’t seen anything yet, because Superman’s playhouse is about as incredible as it gets. And while Superman could easily infiltrate the Batcave, it’d be a lot harder for Batman to infiltrate the Fortress of Solitude. Among the technology Superman has in the Fortress of Solitude are Superman robots that can impersonate him (making it a lot harder for Batman to determine which Superman is the real one when there are dozens of them in different parts of the world at the same time). It also houses a Kryptonian batttlesuit, which can also reduce any potential problems caused by Batman’s efforts with Kryptonite. And there’s also the matter of the Phantom Zone projector, so if Batman becomes too much of a nuisance, all Superman needs to do is give him a time-out.
Batman may have a lot of toys, but so does Superman, and if we’re going to count all of Batman’s toys, then we should grant Superman the same benefit.
Batman's stealth is useless against superman: What good is that going to be against a guy who can hear when the Atom squeaks one out? He has x-ray and infrared vision. And, a lesser-known ability is his sense of smell. Yes, Superman has super-olfaction. While it is possible for Batman to exploit some of these senses, particular Superman’s super-hearing, it would be difficult to exploit all of them at once. And as Man of Steel has shown, Superman has mastered focusing his senses to screen out troublesome elements. It might give Batman a brief advantage, but that wouldn’t last long. One of the common arguments is that Batman would win because he’s just plain smarter than Superman. It’s not hard to see how this idea came about. Batman is the world’s greatest detective, he’s a master strategist, and he thinks on a level far above any of us. He’s so amazing that his contingency plans have contingency plans. And that’s a fair argument, no one can doubt the Caped Crusader is incredibly intelligent and has vast resources to back up that intelligence.
But this is based on the assumption that Superman isn’t that smart. It’s easy to see how this assumption takes root: Superman usually relies on his powers in battle, not his mind. And his greatest villain isn’t someone who matches his physical power, but who is an evil mastermind. Unfortunately, something that’s often overlooked in these discussions is one, simple fact: Superman is a genius
What it comes down to is this: Superman is just flat-out more powerful than Batman. Yes, Batman has some advantages, but not as many as you might think when you really break it down. As I’ve already explained, stealth and intimidation aren’t much use against a guy with superhuman senses and who has tested his resolve against demigods; being the richest Earthling still doesn’t mean much when your opponent has superhuman powers and alien technology; and intelligence and strategy are great provided your opponent isn’t also supremely intelligent and can think and react faster than you.

well, if you're going to bring logic into the argument, then yes. Just kidding. when you come down to it, he probably would win. another argument though is the fact that superman has a set strength limit, and the fact that he has a good guy complex. aka, fighting fair, while Batman wouldn't. but when you really think about it, I guess superman would win. He's just not as cool as Batman. but oh well.

well your cool factor on a hero is an opinion and opinions are not facts. I personally think superman is way cooler than batman ^^

I put up a piece a little while back called Batman vs Superman and the majority of comments made were about who would win in a fight, there were a ton of conversations, opinions and no real progress was made. so I'm just saying if you start talking about this, people will have an opinion on your opinion. haha.

Thanks!
Um, inkings always take me longer than colorings. They wouldn't if I did them traditionally, thus doing everything in one try. It's because I click the undo button until I get it looking good that it takes so long!
