Wow!! That is great paper to work with it really does give a great effect. I love the pose and not an easy one to replicate The hands look ace and the feet are really good, I also love the tone and how she looks maybe a little thin, purhaps starving. Combine that and the pose she could be in pain and could be an image of dispair?
Great work Jasmin

Ps Do some more pencil pics

i thought so too (i made her look thin) maybe the shading made it look like it
maybe i'll re-do it again and give here something to eat to fatten her up a bit
and no more pencil at the mo., not good at it
thanks so much, Steve

ah yes, that one... how is it going? Maybe i'll check your journal and re-read it, maybe can give you an advice, though i'm not an expert myself. I didn't have a proper, didn't go to any Art Sch.
and thanks

Well my nether i went to a designer school but the don't teach you how to paint. Drawing that they did, but i already had my one style of drawing when i went dare. But i did love art history lessons

neither for me... just learned the basic, mixing colours, a bit of sketching but never the portait study and all those ideas techniques they teach in real art sch.
That's why i'm more into landscapes
