Interesting paper/card you used...added texture, this must have made detail harder to gain. Nice work,

it is a special paper for pastel and yup harder to get a smoother effect
but again, just an experiement

I'd say it's a good sketch. I'm like you, not into drawing since I tend to make a mess with all the granite powder everywhere
