The harshness of the colors are sure representation of migraines. I get them, too. Two things that may help....
1. There are prescription meds out there that can prevent or lessen attacks.
2. Get checked for high blood pressure. Ever since I started my high blood pressure meds, my headaches as been extremely reduced.

Very intense as I imagine migraines are. Sorry you suffer with them. My hubby does, too. In fact, he had a small one yesterday. Hope you are feeling well.
