Description
It is finally finished. Including posing and editing, I worked a good total of about 20+ hours on that. I made a couple of changes in the poses compared to the original picture by DaVinci.

Here is a list of who is who:

Shepard
Well he is in the spot where Jesus sits in the original picture, and he has just announced that one of the people around him will betray him. I chose this pose since Shepard crossing his arms in front of his chest is so typical for him in the game.

Now from left to right:

Jack
I posed her as Bartholomew, jumping up and trying to leash over at TIM, who she suspects to be the traitor. Bartholomew is also standing in the original picture.

Thane
I posed Thane as James, son of Alphaeus. Instead of making him just sit there, being all surprised, I posed him the way I did. He is trying to hold Jack back, trying to calm her.

Jacob
Jacob is Andrew, raising both of his hands and turning to the side, towards Shepard and the others, as if he was trying to say "Hey, it will certainly not be me."

The Illusive Man
TIM is basically Judas, the traitor. In the original picture, Judas holds a bag of silver and is reaching for something on the table. I changed this a little, mostly for the lack of a small bag of silver and because of the fact that it wouldn't really make sense. Instead I chose a glass of alcohol to represent him, because he always drinks in the game, while his other hand is reaching for a datapad on the table, as if he was trying to take it without being noticed.

Miranda
Miranda is Peter. Unlike Peter in the original picture who is leaning over between Judas and John, I posed her right next to Garrus (John). There have always been discussions about who second in command to Shepard is. Officially, it is Miranda, since she is doing all the paperwork and reports and the like. But Garrus is the one Shepard can trust the most (from the friendship standpoint, if you have recruited him in the first game). Also, I see her as very loyal to Shepard, and not so much to TIM, which is why I tried to create a distance between her and TIM and a more closer bonding between her and Garrus.

Garrus
I posed Garrus as John, who was said to be Jesus "favorite apostle". In DaVinci's picture, John sits quietly next to Jesus, his hands folded, being at peace because he knows that no one will suspect him because he is totally loyal to Jesus. I chose Garrus because of his loyalty to Shepard, and I also changed how he sits there. I didn't want him to be leaning away from Shepard, like John does in the original picture.

Mordin
Mordin is James the Greater, opening his arms wide trying to create a barrier as if he was trying to keep the others from crossing a certain line.

Tali
I chose Tali to pose as Thomas. Thomas was the one who doubted Jesus' resurrection. When you meet Tali on Freedom's Progress, she will be convinced it is Shepard, when you ask her about the Geth data. Thomas, in DaVinci's picture, is actually raising his index finger in a warning gesture. I changed this a little, now Tali is pointing hers at either Shepard as if she was trying to say "I told you, you can't trust Cerberus" or at TIM, pointing him out as the traitor. I'll leave that up to you.

Zaeed
Zaeed is Phillip. I chose Zaeed for this pose because it kinda looks like he is turning to Shepard, saying "Hey, I may not be a good guy but I am no traitor"

Kasumi & Joker
I posed Kasumi as Thaddeus and Joker as Matthew, both of them turning to Liara (Simon) asking if what Shepard just said, was true. Both, Thaddeus and Matthew turn to Simon in the original picture, looking taken aback while trying to find out if it's true or not.

Liara
Liara is Simon. Since Liara is the new Shadow Broker and knows everything that is going on in the galaxy, she may be the one who knows if it was true that one of them would betray Shepard and if so, who it could be. I think her pose shows pretty well, that she doesn't know.
