Mountain Lion, Puma, Cougar (my favorite name), Catamount. Still beautiful native wild cats of North America. Did you know that they purr? By some classifications that makes them the largest of the small wild cats, because they can purr but do not roar.

Cougar, Puma, Cat-a-mount, Mountain Lion; all the same big cat. If you live in western North America or northern Mexico; they are some of your "wild" neighbors.
