Dumb title, I know...Well, the story of this pic is when I was watching the 19 episode "Double Trouble Duel - Part I". Pegasus was all creepy talking to himself and other sh*t like that and then he started scrolling his dungeon via camera to check up on Mokuba.
And I was like "OMG! Pegasus you sick bastard, you!".
I mean, poor Mokuba! Not only is he chained to a wall, he can't even take a leak without a creepy old man watching him! And knowing how "odd" Peggy is, I can assume he likes to film chained up children in his dungeon...
That's some weird shit out there O.o...
