A fake evolution for Sobble based on a Jackson's chameleon and a blue ring octopus

It's a Water/Poison type. It creates a gel-like toxin from its cheeks which unfortunately get into its eyes a lot and irritate them to the point where it looks like it's always crying. It also acts as a defense mechanism (think Fake Tears) to make other pokemon see it as less of a threat.
