yeah!at last got photoshop cs5!!!and its cool.i was actually making texture and in that i made a dispersion effect.and done it to this image but i did not totally dispersed it(i know how to do it)but may be next time
but tho it is trail version
i want the full version

thanx.just creste a duplicate layer of the first one and then preset your eraser.then just erase the body parts.then add the same image as another layer and make it as divide.and chose another color and again erase it and go to layer properties set emboss that will make the other colors(blue and pink on edges) and so on.just play with layers you can get it!
