EDIT 2: These bases are very old. If you would like to see more current bases done by myself, check out my lines/bases account, ~jaclynonacloudlinesEDIT: I added a Lucario base to the mix. ;D
Here are just some random pokemon bases for everyone to use if desired. Yes, a couple of these bases are reposts from other deviations of mine, but the bases are more convenient this way...

No, this one can't be opened with Paint... Sorry.
Although if you have GIMP, you can try that.

GIMP is a free photo manipulation program which does the same things as PAINT, and a little bit more. ^^

What program is usable with this because I only have MS Paint and GIMP.

This won't work with Paint, but will definitely work with GIMP.
Just remember to set the layer to multiply and colour underneath!

There isn't really a trick to colouring neatly here, but if you have the base layer set to multiply, and you are colouring on a layer underneath that layer, you can colour there.
Although, if you want to, you can play around with the fuzzy select tool, and colour that way.
