Description
Princess Celestia with a slight design tweak.Drawn on A4 paper with fineliner and watercolour pencils.
[Edit: Got a new scanner today, an Epson V33, because I was sick of having all the vibrant colours on my drawings washed out by my old all-in-one HP deskjet. No matter how much contrast or saturation I applied, I could never get them to look like the hard copy, until now. The results speak for themselves, the colours are just THAT much better]

When looking over the mane/tail i keep squinting to avoid being blinded by how shiny it is...
i know it isn't though... so why do i keep doing it...

Beautiful. I love the coloring on this. What brand of watercolor pencils did you use? I might give them a shot myself again.

I just use cheap little Mont Marte pencils, they seem to do the trick. A 24 pack costs about $11 Australian.

I love the movement of color down her mane and tail.
