Bio:

Presumably abandoned by her parents Cornflake was found by a patrolling Rocket Hideout member, Bandaid , who was scrounging around to relive a little of his old city life found her egg in a beat-up trashcan, wrapped in an old scruffy scarf. Not knowing what to do he panicked and sneaked the egg back into the Hideout earning the nickname "eggbaby" until the egg hatched. Bandaid was overly affectionate and defensive to the egg but due to his clumsy nature had a few close calls, but they continued to grow inside their tiny egg. They moved Hideouts into a safer underground team base, which Bandaid was very thankful for, and a few weeks after the move...
they twitched once... twice... and hatched!

It was late and Bandaid was awoken by tiny paws gently tapping on his face, and the egg was gone?? confused by the development Bandaid looked around for his egg but instead saw a baby... a baby toxel/togepi fusion there instead?... a baby? HIS BABY! Overjoyed by Cornflake's hatching he immediately went off to find the kitchen to heat up some milk for her and think of a name as 'eggbaby' isn't a proper name for a young pokemon. They're barely seen without each other at arm's reach.

cornflake was named cornflake because bandaid was having a dream about cornflakes...
