This is the simple version of the how I color eyes. I experiment often so the ways I do it change - but this is usually how I start off. :3 I hope it helps, have fun!If you don't know how to change your layer mode in paint tool SAI, look for Mode above Opacity> Go to the drop down box next to it-it should say Normal for now> Select the mode you want.
Be sure to stop by *NTDevont 's gallery. He was nice enough to give me line art of this eye and another for a live streaming later (with voice)! Stayed for it!

Of course, I also would like a Digital Art tablet, since my mouse is a little stiff.
However, I am not sure if my computer is compatible with a tablet, so I will need to look into that.

Right now I have Adobe SketchBook Pro on my laptop that works with my tablet, so, yeah SAI is so much fun! My friend uses it and it looks epic!

There's a version of SAI for the mac?
I had a mac and I couldn't find one. I had to download parallels (and pay for it) for the Macbook then download SAI and it wouldn't read pressure sensitivity. Parallels alone was around $200 and since it didn't work the way I want it I gave up and bought a windows computer LMAO.
