I wanted to really do a Halloween themed drawing this year!

Coloring style-Simple cell shading (Starting bid up to$74):

At $75 AB this coloring style is unlocked for the chibi and the background.

Notes:
Human/humanoid characters.
The background will be a night (halloween themed) with clouds, some effects, and bats (if preferred). You can suggest another simple one to me in a note if you'd like an alternative before bidding.
Transparent background may also be requested instead if you want to use it for another purpose.
You will receive the sketch phase, line art, and base coloring phase to approve before I complete the chibi.
This character can be fan art or your own OC (already designed).
You may ask me about adding an additional prop/creature/very detailed character if you plan to bid (for a charge).
You need to provide a visual reference.
Expressions can change.
I will not start until payment is processed.
Do not retract your bid.
I live in China. My responses may be delayed.
Be respectful when bidding.
High resolution provided.
No holds. If payment is not done in 24 hours, the prize goes to the next highest bidder.
