This is one of my OC heroes commissioned by the talented www.deviantart.com/phil-cho . Like most of my characters he was originally made off of the DCUO game reflected in his costume and powers. And its set in my fan made storyline I created that is set in the DC universe.

I will be doing a brief bio type overview of each character as far as General info on them, their powers and who they are connected to in the DC universe. I am going to start with the Central Leader of The Vanguards, Fallout. Fallout is a Former Astronaut turned Nuclear superhero thanks to Lexcorp trying to create the ultimate army of metahumans to be sold to countries and companies around the world. With the help and mentorship of Superman, Fallout eventually began to get better control of his powers and began a road to strive to be a Superhero even better then Superman. Unlike Superman though Fallout does have a higher temperate gauge and if he fills the villain is threating enough will not leave killing out of the options to take them down.
