Description
The Harmony Class is a heavy carrier meant as a replacement to the Tempest Class. (Both in universe and out of character, and the Tempest class will probably be relegated to the path of "old in-universe ship serving as glorified orbital defense platform/training ship" and out of universe because I cant stop refining the aesthetics and functionality of my tan and gray spaceships.)

Being a carrier its mostly for landing ground armies, it is probably the largest ship I've ever done thats able to land. The landing legs are quite small, in theory the ship would be resting on its bottom ridge or have a series of landing pads on the bottom which would help with the issues of ground pressure created by landing a ~2.5km ship which could easily weigh tens of millions of tons. The legs are more-so for stability than holding the whole weight, such that the ship doesn't roll onto its side when landing on uneven terrain.

Why land your big ship? I'd just argue it removes the middle-man of sending down small dropships which then deploy the forces you need. Plus asserting dominance by melting two-hundred meter wide holes in the terrain of the planet you're invading using your engines. OFC you can still use drop ships for precision strikes against remote outposts or just landing in inaccessible places.
