Retro Cat. It is the first cybernetic cat hybrid that didn't quite work out & well, it was able to become self sufficient enough that it no longer had to follow orders. It became self aware of it's combat operations & military applications & so upgraded It's own body & outfitted itself to reflect more than just a weapon. It wanted to be the harbinger of fear itself against it's enemies, It's goal is to become the ultimate weapon & gain total domination over the opposition of its desires. Another 1994 piece, LOL! That muscular hooded character? Nothing special or even worth mentioning... Just a brain drain scribble.
