So Turbo Cat got a Ninja Turtle like eye mask, though I had also seen Batman with one too. Turbo's is like a do-rag that covers his whole head & eyes too. On top of that I gave him back a helmet to wear. Something about his hair was just terrible to me, so I double hid it away LOL. Exaggerations to his pauldrons, vambraces, & grieves, as well as making his hands & feet larger helped me begin to like his design much more. His tail... well I never knew what to do with it. So it kinda kept that stupid blade on it.

Retro Cat got a size buff & strength buff. Making him way more threatening than ever, plus he somehow snuck up on Turbo & got him in a bear hug, effectively showing off his new strength buff while trying to crush the hero out of existence. I really enjoyed the improved Turbo Cat back then, I guess design can help out when all else fails to inspire. But design itself is a labor intensive exercise! Sometimes worth it, & other times, not so much!
