I really like the poses used! I find this as a good reference for when i'm trying (or attempting as one might put it) to draw something action-filled or just plain cool!

It's better to use a photo reference of some kind. Using someone else's artwork as a reference means that you're using their interpretation of the anatomy, and often there are problems that may not be initially inherent. I'm flattered, but strongly recommend that you browse the collection of stock images available through DA.
