For a lack of better words, she is with out a doubt, perfection! Trying to use as many anime cliches as I possibly could fit on one page, I feel I have created the ultimate anime character and by following my instructions, you can too!This is an original character of mine and not fan art. The name is of not significant at all, I just chose it because Sakura seems to be a common name for girls in animes. I really enjoyed drawing her hair, I love drawing shiny stuff.
I've been working on this for the last few days and showing it off to friends until I could finally get it online. My friends seem to like it and I hope all of you guys will too!
I drew this with a V5 Precise pen and colored it Prismacolor pencils.
This comes a little late, but I made this picture to celebrate the fact that I hit over 8000 page views!

Oh wow, thank you! It's so rare that anyone views my older original art, so you made me super happy! I had a lot of fun making this and poking fun at anime sterio types, I love anime but sometimes it just becomes so predictable. I often make fun of the things I love. HAha, and anime with stereotypes is effing hilarious. I read a webcomic that's done in cartoonime with cowboys, yakuza mobsters, cyborgs, catboys/girls, ghosts, martial arts, goths and a fat guy! LAWL!

This picture was a total blast to make, sometime I hope to make something similar that pokes fun at video games.
I Am Legend was pretty good, Will Smith is always awesome (has he made a bad movie yet? I'm not aware of it!. But I still prefer the original black and white version of this movie only because I grew up on old scifi movies from the 50's, the original had Vincent Price and was called "The Last Man on Earth."
Umm... I can't help you out on conventions in the midwest, I don't know a thing about that area... I live up in Washington state so I only know about conventions over in Seattle, in fact I'll be going to Sakuracon in exactly 7 days. You could put a search for conventions in your area online.

Hehehe, well I only had a few panels to work with and boobies just wouldn't have made for a very funny panel. It seems like people have liked #5 the most, I'm also fond of #3 but I think the final panel was my favorite. It was a blast making every part of this though! The original is actually really big, it's about 14 inches long and 12 inches tall.
