This is the third installment of my Shippuuden series. I know all of my friends here really like this little series I'm working on and I hope that everyone will like this one too! I drew this with a V5 Pentel black ink pen and colored it with Prismacolor pencils.
Just like the last few, there's sort of a story to what's going on in the picture. You can read what each character is thinking/saying below. Umm... a lot of these jokes you might not get unless you are a gamer. But I hope everyone gets a good laugh anyways!
ROCK LEE: "I'm in your base, killing your dudes."
PAKKUN: "Gaara, you really should turn off "God-mode..."
GAARA: "Blog this! Bitches!"
NARUTO: "Headshot! Believe it!"
SASUKE: "I'd rather be playing Hello Kitty's Cube Frenzy."
SHIKAMARU: "How troublesome... knock it off, you cardfloppers... all that card tapping is totally throwing me off my game."
GAMATATSU: "What's the answer to life, the universe and everything?"
GAMAKICHI: "00101010 of course!"
SAKURA: "There's no place like 127.0.0.1"
NEJI: "I pwn all the noobs! It's fate."

This picture is sort of based on a true story from my life. I used to go to a lot of LAN (Local Area Network) parties with my gamer friends. But as always, the gamer girl of the group usually gets left out of all the fun and I'd get stuck watching tv because they didn't bring an extra computer for me...
A long time ago there was a guy I was dating and his grandmother was moving to a new house. Apparently she had already paid for the next month's rent on the appartment she was moving out of. She said that we could use it for that whole month if we wanted, so a large mob of gamers took over the appartment. This picture is basically what it looked like.
We crammed computers in every possible place imaginable! I always got left out (even though I'm a great gamer) and so I would always bring a Playstation 1 and take over the tv. That was back when I first bought the game The Legend of Dragoon and Jade Cocoon. Occationally the guys would challenge me to a game of Tekken 3 or Distrega but normally they were always playing among themselves in Starcraft or Unreal Tournament.
I mostly made this drawing because it reminds me of many amusing/nerdy memories.

Oh and yes, the drinks next to Sasuke is the awesome soda "Bawls!" The popular drink among nerds and the official drink of Quakecon! Soooo tasty...

Ewww... he's actually playing on the toilet, not in it. I miss going to LAN partiest too though. Even though girl gamers like myself usually get left out, it think it's the nostalgia I miss and hearing the gamers screaming "PWNED!" and "HEADSHOT!" Thanks for the fav!

Cool, when it comes to PC games though I like the slightly older games like MDK, Alice, AVP and Serious Sam. I even like a few really old DOS games!

I miss my good old Commodore computer. It had great games.
I play Worms 2, Worms Party, Worms Armageddon, and... that's pretty much it, I try to save enough memory for other things

Well that's why DOS games are awesome if you are worried about memory. DOS games take up practically no space at all! Probably take up less space than a text document. They are simple and addictive too, I download them for free here [link]
My personal favorite DOS game is Boloball. You know, I see the first Worms game on that site. I haven't played any of that series but you can get a demo of it there.

Alright, it's just you didn't mention the first one and was trying to be helpful. I love helping out people when I can. You should try out Boloball though, it's rediculously addictive once you figure it out. After playing one round of it the rules become quickly obvious but it gets really interesting once you start putting some stratigy into it.

Thanks a bunch! It's all thanks to Prismacolor pencils that I'm able to get such bright colors in my drawings. I love those things. Drawing busy pictures like this isn't easy though, that's why I'm not able to pump them out as quickly as some of my other stuff. Thanks for the fav.

Oh yeah, prismas are difficult if you ask me. Getting the shading and what not down takes so much skill...and patience! I don't think anyone really can pump out these busy pictures

Hehehe, well I took at class on how to use Prismacolor pencils a few years ago when I was at a scifi convention in Seattle. If it weren't for that I might have difficulty using them too.

I don't do backgrounds as often as I should, I always feel that they look kinda flat. I haven't been to a LAN party in years, ever since one of the greatest nerds in my town was murdered back in 2001 we kinda just stopped...
I don't think I've ever sat in the bathtub to draw, sounds uncomfortable. I usually just draw on the sofa while watching tv or I just sit on my super fluffy bed while listening to music.

haha it's great! though it does get kinda uncomfortable.. though I don't usually sit comfortably when I draw anyways. I sit kinda like L sometimes or in weird positions. And I don't realize they're uncomfortable till I move!

Yeah, it was the first murder in my town in over 20 years and it was quite gruesome... he was stabbed in the head and neck 77 times. He was a good friend of mine too.

Hehehe, yeah I had to give Gaara some thing nice for gaming. As for Lee, well there just wasn't room for him in the living room. Believe me, gamers will play in any space available! I've seen people play in much stranger places than that... I remember at one of my friends houses there was a very large hole in a wall and due to lack of space for computers, we had the smallest person play inside that hole in the wall. It was pretty funny, every now and then his head would pop up from the wall and talk to us. Sometimes we'd throw stuff in there and it'd piss him off. Ah, such fun memories...

Yep it definately was a lot of fun! Oh and there was a hole in the wall because one of my friends had gotten angry a few years ago (I don't remember why) and he punched a hole in it. Because all of my friends would horse around a lot in his room, eventually the hole just kept on getting bigger and bigger. That little guy who'd hang out in the wall was often shoved into small places by my friends for some reason...

Hehehe, it was all in good fun! Sometimes it'd go a little to far though, I think once his arm got broken in Amtgard. When that happened he once fell asleep in the hole in the wall, the next day he woke up with blow darts in his cast. Apparently one of my friends had gotten bored when he was asleep and used the cast as target practice to test his new blow gun.
