Excellent work! I love the subtle hues of color in this, and the black background serves to really make the character pop. His face in intense and frightening as intended. Personally I think his screaming spear could do with a redesign to make it more noticeable without detracting too much from the main character. Not saying that this is a bad design, but it took me a few seconds to notice it wasn't just a standard spear head. Beyond that, perhaps add in a few more detailed strokes to his lower torso. I love the details on the hands and face. Excellent work here on this piece, very well done. A great tribute to an amazing character. Please feel free to check out my Scorpion and offer a critique. I am currently working on a Liu Kang as well.
