So, Ryudon was captured after Ulsa(circa Renewal's Beginning 1830rt). Fortunately, thanks to the help of a few Konchijin agents, she managed to get herself to the Imanian lines before the surrender. She then spent some time in hiding in Imania before the hunt for her cooled off and the war ended. Then she made her way back to what is now Hokuriko, only to be captured by Birgir ( a Karelian Officer) again. Birgir, impressed by her escape, then gave Ryudon two options, dying in a camp in Karelia, or being Birgir's eye into Room 19. Obviously, the latter was the preferred option.

Whether or not Ranke knows this is known only to me. Hokuriko mobile police Special Ops Group-A uniform, worn by Ranke.
