Just rewatched Nelvana's 1983 classic "Rock & Rule" today, and felt like drawing Angel, presumely singing her trademark song, "Send Love Through" (vocals by Debbie Harry).Omar, of course, isn't feeling very confident...

I first found out about it in the mid-90s thanks to FPS magazine. I eventually found it on the net, and years later, heard about the DVD finally being released.

One of the big reasons that Rock & Rule gained cult status was its rarity. It wasn't well advertised when it hit the screens, and only had a limited VHS diffusion. Most copies (until the DVD release in 2005) running around have been bootlegs taken from the rare TV airings.
