Spent some time this morning trying to make some good-looking top-shelf stuff. Still doesn't look quite right though D: It's practice for some upcoming BGs I'm gonna be doing. Speaking of which, I'll be uploading another full BG soon!Blender (internal renderer) + Photoshop

Might try converting the scene from Blender Internal to Cycles? Β That may fix what you felt didn't look right with it. Β And if your computer isn't beefy enough to do the final render within a reasonable timeframe, you could try using renderstreet ( render.st ) to do the render.
