- I’ll be at Geek Girl con in Seattle on the 11th and 12th, and at the Retro Gaming Expo in Portland on the 18th and 19th. Come by and say hi! I may or may not have some new prints to sell.
– Still really digging Destiny. Just made it to level 22! I wish i actually had more free time to play.
– We’re still a bit of a ways away from the end of this season, but I wanted to warn you guys that I’ll be taking a short break before the next season to celebrate the new years, work on a new Ghost Kiss comic (and maybe finish a Pokemon fan comic I wrote last year), finish up my commitment to the 3rd Hereville book for Barry Deutsch, work on the Yeld game and just kind of relax a little. It won’t be a long break, and I’ll still be posting stuff three times a week (including some guest strips and some new vacation comics you guys haven’t seen yet), but I wanted to let you all know the plan ahead of time.

So is the lost toothfacer dead or just empty?
And that guy still has a bump on his forehead, like the other guy did -- I can't help wonder if there's a reason for that.

The bump is the crease between eyebrows that happens when you raise your eyebrows.
Toothfacer is mostly just the bugs in teh bag, not the bag itself. So maybe he'll find a new bag?

Just today I noticed that same bump on some other people, so, yeah, I guessed it was just your way of showing that crease in the forehead.
Wow. What if the toothfacer decides to take up residence in one of those blue, polyethylene tarps? It could be very stylish.

You remember Oogie-Boogie from "Nightmare Before Christmas?" Although he didn't eat teeth, he seemed to a similar sort of creature. The pixies in Hellboy 2, however, ate teeth ... hoo, were they nasty!

Very Brian Froude sort of things -- stick-lie build, not-quite human faces, long pointy ears, wings, about six inches tall, and cute as a button ... until they open their mouths and they turn out to be about three inches wide and lined with teech like a shark.
Too bad there were no more Hellboy movies. I liked them.

I am not surprised to see the 'not eaten' guy sitting there like that.
But have we seen the last of the Toothfacer? I would like to have seen more of him. It would have been great explaining him to Jake.
