As Ginny looked for her next target, she tried hard to forget the look of betrayal on Hermione's face, ‘please, forgive me Hermione’, she thought sadly. Sadness that turned to rage, ‘that’s why Romilda didn’t make me lose my friends publicly, she wanted me to do it privately and suffer at the same time, I swear I’m going to make her pay’. Thinking of her friends, her mind wandered back to what the second file had to say.

Target 2

Name: Luna Lovegood

Reason for capture – She’s a sympathy case, Harry is nice to her out of sympathy, might date her out of sympathy.

Binding Specification – She has to be tied up in the Forbidden Forest like she was caught doing something Loony. Tied eagle spread between two trees. Rope around waist tied to the two trees as well.

Gag Specification – mouth stuffed with two scrunched up cloths, next a longer cloth covering her mouth to hold in the cloths before knotting it off tightly behind her head.

Despite the dread she was feeling, she couldn’t help but wonder how Luna would react when she found out what Ginny was about to do to her.

Ginny would admit that Luna was strange, but where as that usually drove people off, for Ginny, that seemed to be one of the things that made her want to be friends with her. Luna was a breath of fresh air, totally unpredictable and completely, though others might say bluntly, honest. She didn’t try to sweeten things, she gave the naked truth. In Ginny’s opinion, those traits were what made Luna a good friend. However, Luna being so unpredictable did have a downside, it made it almost impossible to find her. It took Ginny an hour to track her down. She had been looking around outside when she had seen Luna enter the Forbidden Forest. During the day, it wasn’t so scary, but she really wouldn’t want to enter at night. Nevertheless, she had a job to do. Walking into the Forbidden Forest, she made sure to keep her wand at her side. Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed a quick flash of dirty brown hair disappear behind some trees, ‘Luna’. Thirty minutes later, Ginny was cussing up a storm, she had tripped over Merlin knows how many tree branches, narrowly avoided Ancromulta and all most wandered into an imps nest.

“Where are you going Luna”? Ginny muttered.

She almost screamed when she looked around and noticed that Luna had disappeared.

‘Damn it’.

Just when she was about to give up hope of finding Luna, Ginny noticed her turn a corner behind some rather thick trees. Racing to catch up, Ginny missed the root that was shooting along the ground and stumbled over it. The root began to wrap around her ankle, ‘damn, a grabbing root, I don’t have time for this’.

Five minutes and one Bat Bogeyed grabbing root later, Ginny got back to her feet. No sooner had she picked up her wand, she heard a noise from around the corner Luna had disappeared around.

Taking a few steps forward, Ginny heard the noise again, only this time, she understood what it was, it was Luna calling her name. Ginny’s eyes narrowed, ‘she knew I was here the whole time’.

Taking a deep breath in preparation of what she was about to do, Ginny stepped forward and around the corner.

Upon turning the corner, the redheaded witch froze and her eyes widened at the sight before her. Luna was standing eagle spread between two trees wearing nothing but a yellow bra with purple and green spots and a pair of simple matching panties. Her school robes, her school shirt, school skirt, school shoes and school socks were folded up neatly on top of her school bag.

“Hello Ginny”, Luna said as she gave Ginny an odd smile, “you’ve come to tie me up haven’t you”?

Ginny’s eyes already wide eyes widened further, ‘how the hell does she know’?

“You wanted me stripped down to my bra and panties, as well, right”? She said with the same odd smile.

“How… how did you know”? Ginny asked in disbelief.

“Because the Gretaendle’s told me so”, she said simply, “they also told me about you tying up Hermione in the library”.

“But… but… why are you standing there like that”?

“Because seeing as this was what you wanted, I decided to help by removing my uniform and standing in position” Luna replied simply.

Ginny blinked a couple of times, her mind still trying to figure out what was happening before it came to a logical conclusion, ‘it’s Luna Lovegood’.

Ginny shook her head, when she thought about it like that, it made perfect sense.

“Do you have rope”? Luna asked suddenly.

“Wha- oh yeah, it’s in this bag”, she said raising the bag on her shoulder slightly.

“Good, because, I didn’t bring any, it would upset the cyhyerdfers”.

Ginny smiled at the statement, it was so Luna, as undid the bag and pulled out a strand of rope, “okay, let’s gets started”.

She stepped forward and wound the rope tightly around Luna’s left wrist then knotted it, “how’s that feel”? She asked.

“Nice and tight”, was Luna’s simple reply.

Ginny then took the trailing end of the rope and connected it to the right tree by wrapping it around the trunk just a bit higher than Luna, so that she would have to keep her arm up. Once she was satisfied, she repeated the process on Luna’s other wrist and then both of her ankles.

Once that was done, Ginny took another piece of rope out of the bag and tied it tightly around Luna’s waist, like a belt. Taking a fifth piece of rope, she attached it to the belt then to the tree on the left in the middle between the top and bottom ropes, the repeated the process on Luna’s other side.

“Now, you need to gag me right”? Luna asked as Ginny made sure that all the knots were secure.

“Yeah, you okay with that”? Ginny asked.

“Its fine”, Luna said, “what are you going to use? Duct tape? Handkerchief? Ball gag? Bit gag”?

“Cloth, I’m going to stuff your mouth with two stuffed cloth balls, then next a longer cloth covering your mouth to hold in the cloths before knotting it behind your head”.

“I see”, Luna nodded, “very effective”.

Ginny reached into the bag and pulled out two medium sized cloths, then rolled them into tight balls, “Okay Luna”, she said holding one of the crumpled up pieces of fabric in front of her, “open wide”.

To Ginny’s amusement, Luna had already opened her mouth before she had spoken, “you’re enjoying this aren’t you Luna”?

Keeping her mouth open, Luna nodded, “ery ucc”, Ginny giggled, ‘typical Luna, oh well, if she’s enjoying it, I suppose I should too, and to be honest, this is fun’.

“Okay, here we go” she said placing the cloth ball in Luna’s mouth. The cloth fit snugly in Luna’s small mouth, “perfect, how’s that feel”?

“Mmph mpph” was Luna’s muffled reply.

The bound bond witch kept her mouth open and allowed Ginny to squeeze a second cloth ball in her mouth. Her eyes followed Ginny as she reached into the bag and pulled out a long thin white cloth. Ginny nodded in satisfaction, walked over to Luna and pressed it over her mouth, before stepping behind her and knotting it tightly under her hair.

Once she was sure that the knot was secure, she moved back in front of Luna and took a step back to admire her work, “not a bad job, eh Luna”?

“Mmmpphh mmph mmpppphhh mmpphh”.

“I’ll take that as a yes”.

Luna nodded and experimentally tried to pull on her bonds, but she couldn’t move, she was trapped, completely helpless, Ginny’s prisoner, she loved it.

‘Much more fun than tying myself up’, she thought happily, ‘though I’m surprised she was so gentle and that she wanted me to keep my bra and panties on, usually when the other students in the school do it, they don’t ask, they just do it forcefully, and they always strip me completely naked first, or cut my clothes off afterwards, even though it’s quite fun, it’s a bit annoying to keep replacing my clothes, however this, this is so different. I wonder if she knows that this is the best way to attract Jyescylers’?

She was broken out of her thoughts by a clicking sound, looking over at Ginny, she saw her putting a camera back in her bag, ‘just like everyone else’, she thought, ‘they always take pictures afterwards’.

She watched as Ginny closed the bag and hoisted it over her shoulder before walking towards her, ‘I wonder if she’s going to put a tickling charm or itching charm on my feet like others do or maybe both, they’re fun, but a bit annoying’.

Ginny held out the photos of Luna in front of the bound witch, “here are the pictures I took, the camera prints them instantly”.

Luna tilted her head forward to look at the photos, ‘I’ve never seen the photos of me tied up before, usually the photos are taken then they leave, they never show me’.

Looking at the photos, Luna had to admit, she looked quite good bound and gagged, ‘maybe I should apply to be a model in ‘The Bound Witches and Wizards Gazette’, they offer good money and that is where I get my ideas from. Oh I just remembered, I still haven’t untied Neville and Hannah yet, oh well, they love being the greenhouse and I’m very sure that they won’t mind being tied together in THAT position for a while longer, I mean, they seemed to really enjoy it, from what I could tell from the gag talk anyway’.

After placing the photos in her pocket, Ginny placed her hand on Luna’s bare shoulder, “bye Luna”, she said patting the shoulder of the blonde witch, “I’ll admit, this was fun and you seemed to enjoy it, tell you what, when you get free, I’ll let you do it to me, okay?”

And with that Ginny turned and walked away, not noticing the small tear that left Luna’s eye, ‘she want me to tie her up, no one’s ever let me tie them up before, when I ask, they laugh at me and say no or just gag me to stop me asking again, thank you Ginny Weasley, you’re a good friend’.

As she watched Ginny place her folded up uniform in her school bag then walk away, she absently wondered if Ginny had noticed the extra set of footprints that were following her, even though she couldn’t see anyone.

‘Must be the Lisechytsa’s, they like redheads’.

After exiting the forest, Ginny took one last glance back at the forest where her first friend was now bound and gagged. Sighing, she headed back towards the castle. Along the way, she opened the next file, ‘target number three’, she thought sadly.
