As Ginny walked the halls of Hogwarts, she remembered what the third file had to say.

Target 3

Name: Cho Chang

Reason for capture – She’s Harry’s first crush, she’s a slut; she might try to get her claws into Harry.

Binding Specification – Spread eagle to a bed.

Gag Specification – ball gag.

Those were the specifications for this target. Unlike the other targets, Ginny didn’t have a problem with this one, she hated Cho.

Cho had tried to ask Harry out again when they had been dating and when Harry had said no, Cho had lost it. She had started shrieking, crying, groveling and ranting. Harry’s response was to just walk on by leaving Cho making a scene in the corridor. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only time she had tried to interfere in Ginny’s relationship, numerous times, she had tried to seduce Harry or remove Ginny from the picture, but none of them had worked.

As she reached the sixth floor corridor, she saw Cho walking away from a crying first year girl who stood up and bolted past the frustrated redhead, ‘that bitch, picking on first years’.

She quickly pulled away her hand which had been wandering towards her wand, she had a mission.

“Cho, wait”, she called running after her third target.

Cho turned and frowned, “what do you want, Weasley”?

Ginny bit her tongue, ‘I can’t believe that I’m about to do this’, she thought as she hung her head and put on a small voice, “I… I wanted to apologize to you”.

Cho raised an eyebrow, “apologize for what Weasley”?

“For coming between you and Harry, I realize now that you two should be together because you are the only one worth of The-Man-Who-Conquered-Evil. Harry shouldn’t be with pathetic little sluts like me or Romilda Vane who will spread their legs for anyone. Harry should be with a gorgeous woman like you who can make him happy, not ugly money hungry whores like me or Romilda. I want to help you get him away from Romilda”.

Cho stared at Ginny long and hard, she hated the little redheaded tramp, she had stolen her true love away from her and then had the nerve to dump him and let that that Vane bimbo sink her claws into him without giving her a chance. And now Ginny wanted to help her win her one true love over. Cho considered it, she wanted her man and his slut of an ex wanted to help, perhaps she should accept.

“Okay then, I’ll let you help me and by the way, until I get my man, you will obey anything I say, you will refer to me as mistress and I will refer to you as slut, understand”?

Ginny bit her tongue, “yes mistress, I understand completely”, she said sweetly.

“Good slut, now help me think of an idea to win Harry over”.

Ginny grinned, she was smart and had already predicted that Cho would say this, “mistress, I have an idea”.

“Really slut, lets hear it”.

Ginny really wanted to Bat Bogey Cho, but she controlled herself, “well, I know from experience that Harry likes bondage”, at this Cho shot Ginny a death glare, “and also seeing women in there underwear”, at this Cho looked like she was about to strangle Ginny, “so why don’t you send him some pictures of yourself tied up and gagged”.

Ginny growled, but before she could say anything, Cho had opened her mouth again, “right slut, you get a camera then meet me in my dorm room, the password to the Ravenclaw Tower is Diadem, now go, I have to get ready, my future husband awaits”.

As Cho walked off, Ginny let out a string of hexes and swear words, she was pissed off.

“How dare she treat me like that, that… that… that whore, that bitch, that slut”, Ginny muttered to herself as she began pacing back and forth in an attempt to calm down, “wait till I tie her up, I’m gonna make the knots so tight that…”, she trailed off as a cruel smirk crossed her face.

After spending a few minutes pacing and calming down, Ginny headed towards Ravenclaw tower. Internally, she was still fuming, but she had it under control… for now.

Normally, students from other houses didn’t know where the other houses common rooms were, but Ginny had visited the Ravenclaw common room before with Luna. She felt a pang of guilt as she thought about her friend bound and gagged in the forbidden forest. When she reached the entrance which was a plain brick wall, she said ‘Diadem’ clearly causing the wall to part. Upon entering the tower, she was surprised to find that the room was empty, ‘that’s weird, Cho must have told them to leave, bossy cow’. She made her way up the girls staircase and entered Cho’s dorm room. She knew it was Cho’s because Luna was in the same dorm as her.

She looked over at Cho’s bed the curtains were drawn, pulling them back, she gasped at the sight before her.

Cho was lying on her bed, eagle spread with her wrists and ankles bound to the bed posts and a black ball gag in her mouth which matched her skimpy black bra and thong perfectly.

“Mmmnnn nnnnn mmm mmppff”, behind her gag, Cho smiled at Ginny, ‘consider yourself lucky Weasley, this is the closest you’re going to get to a body like this, you flat chested cow’.

Ginny reigned in her anger and held up the camera, “I got a camera mistress, would you like me to take the pictures now”? Ginny asked sweetly.

‘Of course, you stupid tart’, Cho thought as she let out an “mmmm” of conformation.

Ginny held up the camera and began taking snapshot after snapshot of the bound girl, as she was taking the pictures, she noticed that Cho was enjoying herself, ‘not for much longer, Cho’, she thought menacingly.

Once Ginny was done and had put the camera away, she held the photos out for Cho to see, ‘I look good, she thought’.

Afterwards, Cho pulled on the ropes holding her body and stared at Ginny expectantly.

Ginny shrugged, “what? I thought that you wanted Harry to find you like this, Cho, not that he’d come into Ravenclaw tower, he doesn’t have a reason to”.

“MMMPPPNNNNHHHH, MMMM MMMMM NNNN PPPPPHHHHH”.

“Sorry Cho, I didn’t catch a word of that, anyway I’m going, but don’t worry I’m leaving you with a present, actually two”, she smirked as she raised her wand.

Ginny drank in the look of terror on Cho’s face as she cast the bat bogey hex on her, followed by a tickling charm on her feet.

“Bye slut, have fun”, Ginny said sweetly as she closed the curtains surrounding Cho’s bed and placed a silencing charm around them, before leaving the room, closing the door behind her.

Through her agony, Cho heard the door open then close again, yet she didn’t hear anyone moving about the room.

After exiting the tower, Ginny made her way to the second floor. Despite her act of vengeance on Cho, she was still fuming at the way she had been treated. Cho had treated her like a piece of dirt under her shoe, like she was worth nothing, she had degraded her and had unknowingly infuriated Ginny even more by not allowing her to tie her up or gag her. It was in that moment Ginny decided, who ever the next target, friend or foe, she was going to feel Ginny’s rage. Upon opening the forth and final file, Ginny’s eyes widened before she began cackling madly, ‘perfect’.
