Good idea to go with B&W. Looks really good. The little white light dots flowing from your mouth look great, like someone said the whole water element has been used very cleverly here because it looks like you're emitting the waves from your scream. Did you really scream or make a face? I just made a face...

This is an excellent piece! It has great impact ... the crop, lighting and the sharp focus are perfect. The emotional "pain" comes across loud and clear!
Maybe an alternative to the "Scream" by Edvard Munch!!! I like this very much.
