I would say yes, as Star Wars would have a copyright...And the picture that you have shown is their creation...
DA also has some rules, the copyright information should be included within the comments section as you are submitting the artwork...
In example, it is as easy as entering: (c) Disney, now how simple is that???

Sweet! I have a picture of the same thing taken over 10 years ago when I was a kid. Rode Star Tours again recently when in Paris, so so so much fun. Doesn't matter that I'm 22 now compared to like 8, still love it to bits
