frank looks like a bigger ripp off version of James Farr's Dirge from "Xombie" especially his look and attire is extacly like Dirge minus that Frank is obviously bigger and has hair,guess theres no character originality anymore

eh your word against theres,But seriously you cant help but notice that they are extremely similar, I even gave you a link too James Farr's Xombie character and there looks and attire are very similar if not directly influenced, plus your character doesnt seem too be published before 2009 and James farrs character Dirge has been around the web and on newgrounds since 2005. So if you were too take it in a court of law, you would be infringing on his copywritten character, no matter how much you claim you've never heard of him, it wouldn't bold well for you, the similarities are just too close too be coincidental.
But hey, Dreamworks picked up Farr's character for a 3d animated movie and not yours so obviously hes got the better end of the stick.

if you did a little digging, you'd see that we have character designs for scarlet veronica and co dating back to 2003- including frank.
I never said I had never heard of xombie.. or James Far. I said we created Frank before I ever saw xombie.
I saw xombie for the first time in 2005, when I joined newgrounds. we have designs of Frank that date back to 2003 (on deviantart) and then i redesigned him with the tractor tire chained to his back in 2004.

How is Frank a rip off? Please Enlighten me.
First off, Dirge has a more Skull shaped head and Two Eyes, Frank does not. Dirge is Blue, Frank is Mostly Purple.
Dirge is a Re-animated dead guy zombie thing, Frank is more like a frankenstien monster, hence the differentcolored arm and the one green hand.
Even from a visual standpoint Dirge is more "Cartoony" and Frank looks more "Comicbooky"

first off a frakenstein and Zombie is pretty much the same thing, just one is born from electrcity and the other is just mystically risen from the dead or chemially risen, which ever comes first. Second I was mentioning on how he looks in the drawing that I was commenting on and again, if you didnt notice the similarities then you are in either complete denial or just retarted and of course as I previously stated there is nothing wrong with your retarted ass leaving an opinion on the matter, just take heed that it is an opinion and completely fuled by your retarded logic and holds no real weight in todays society, but thank you for trying so hard anyways, Im still proud of your efforts too try and compete with others of a higher intellect, Good for you Pal, keep on trucken!

Frank has a REASON for having his chains... it's to strap his tractor tire to his back- and use it as a flail.
again- I'm not denying the similarity. I'm just denying that it's a flat out rip off.

not to mention we signed with Ape Entertainment ( [link] ) in 2006 for Scarlet veronica... and it was published in 2008. plus there's reviews from 2008 from chud.com AICN and many other popular websites from 2007 and 2008... so... it's definitely been in the public for a while.
