I really like how it looks so alien, the many eyes, the big purple organs, it's really like those weird deep sea creatures.

I know what you mean, for me I think it's a combination of the deep seeded childhood love of the mysterious lochness monster and very old artworks and illustrations like maps with with a serpent saying 'here be monsters' on the uncharted areas.
When am I going to see some artwork from your direction?
I always make a point to check your gallery on my very infrequent visits to DA.
