Bio:

An ancient relic from a time long forgotten, the Gargantua Rex, better known to the public as G-Rex is the last surviving member of a long extinct species known as the Gargantusaurus. A recently discovered relative of the famous Tyrannosaurus. Despite the species going extinct 65 million years ago, this particular specimen appeared to survive KT extinction event when it was caught in a freeze snap set off by the event, and was preserved frozen in ice until the modern day. The specimen was then discovered by a French exploration team, and brought back to civilization for examination. However a thermonuclear raid by Germany during World War ll would seemingly destroy the creature, but after the smoke had cleared, they would soon find that the multiple bombs dropped provided just enough heat, to thaw the animal out and the radiation that resulted from the bombs would cause the creature to mutate. Having escaped into the countryside, allied forces were tasked with locating the creature when it was believed to have been the cause of many livestock disappearing. Little did they know the radiation from the bombs had caused the creature to begin a radiation induced growth spurt, giving it a ravenous appetite. The veracious creature then tore into the armed forces, it's thick, crocodile like hide allowing it to shrug off their machine gun fire and even surviving hits from heavy artillery. However the militaries combined efforts did succeed in driving the creature to Normandy beach, causing it to flee into the Ocean. The creature was presumed dead, but would later be discovered in a remote island in the mid Atlantic by an exploration team, surrounded by mega fauna, hostile natives, and other kaiju. Though some believed the creature should be killed (namely those who survived the first encounter with it) it was agreed by the United Nations that the creature and the island be left to its own devices, lest they risk more loss of lives.

The G-Rex is a scrapper class kaiju, while it doesn't appear to answer to any alpha, it does seem to acknowledge the hierarchy on its' island home, rarely challenging any higher class kaiju unless for territory. The G-rex is very territorial as well as a powerful predator, and will not hesitate to brawl with other kaiju, as evidenced by the various scars on its' body.

Powers/Abilities

-Thick, scaled hide provides admirable defense to conventional weaponry and attacks from other kaiju
- Surprisingly powerful swimmer

- Powerful Jaws can crush bones with ease

- Able to expel a concentrated stream of radioactive flames for a limited time (usually a last resort attack)

- Powerful neck and jaw muscles allow it to lift other kaiju clear off the ground in its' jaws.
