"I used to make a profit selling my wares to aspiring villains. It was nice gig, but...unfulfilling. Such mundane transactions seemed like a waste of my evil, and I quickly grew bored. Then one day the good Dr. Flug came to me, he presented me with a device that he claimed would allow him to traverse space and time. You would forgive me if I was skeptical, Flug never did have the best track record with these things...but then he activated his device and before my eyes, summoned a strange cyclopic demon wearing a top hat. The strange visiter introduced himself as 'Bill Cipher', a self-proclaimed reality warper, cosmic tyrant, herald of chaos. Such a string of titles for such a unimpressive creature. Sensing my skepticism, Cipher invited me to his home dimension, I agreed, after all what could I have to lose. In this dimension, I was exposed to unimaginable horrors, beyond the comprehension of any human being. It was...positively delightful! Bill was certainly impressed not many folks he brought to his dimension left with their sanity in tact, but such horrors, they reignited the spark for villainy that I once had. And then it hit me: if such evil, such horror could exist in one dimension, why not another? It was at that moment I approached Bill with an offer he couldn't refuse: a partnership in which we would spread as much chaos and evil as we possibly could across the very multiverse. He eagerly agreed. So with Flug's new device, I traveled through the multiverse, coming across the most vile, the most monstrous, the most ambitious villains I could ever know, each of which plagued by meddlesome 'heroes' who seemed persistent to foil their plans. How sad it was. But it made it all the more easy for me to persuade them to my side. And now with my army of evil, I, Black Hat will become a being to be fear throughout all of the multiverse and soon I will rule...no, I'll remake the multiverse in my own image. And all will know the name 'Black Hat'.

Man was this ambitious. So this is just a fun little crossover I thought of about a week ago, and I just had to draw it up.
