For this week's personal project, I wanted to do a bit of fanart of my favourite character from Dog Knight RPG, created by Ceehaz.

Orinette is the Mage of the group, she specializes on lightning magic and is very prone to accidents due to her bad luck. Seriously, the poor thing is always getting hurt, crushed, hanging off cliffs, always getting injured in some way, shape or form. And it's utterly hilarious. But she seems to never give up, and keeps on going, which I find very inspiring. Plus she's got her friends whom she supports and helps all the time, so that's good too.

I wanted to draw her looking badass, and cool, for no reason other than I just felt like it, and to continue my avoidance of drawing characters jumping or floating up in the air I evolved that into character standing on the ground, but the ground is floating up in the air. I didn't want to spend a lot of time on the background, keep the focus on Orinette and her kickass outfit, so that's why she's floating inside a void made out of pea soup. I think the lightning came out alright, what do you guys think?
