I know quite a lot of people wanted to see how this sequel turned out to be. This happened, unsurprisingly, after Equestria Daily (kindly) uploaded the original one in one of their Drawfriends. I love it when that happens, since it's when I get all of my feedback. I am the kind of guy who doesn't care for the views or the favorites. I want the comments. All the feedback please! I need it! I love it! Give it to me. It's like candy, I can't never get enough.

I felt instantly bad when I started the drawing previous to this one. Drowning is probably one of the most painful ways to die, and definitely the most agonizing one. It's a situation nobody wants to find themselves into, even less so if you are a happy party planner pink pony. I made this picture more for myself than for the people wondering whether she'll live or die. I needed to see her alive and well. Well, she'll have a cold, and a certain fear of water from now on, but she will pull through. Hadn't it been for her best friend Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie would've...I don't even want to type it down, I'm sorry.

It's situations like this one that we need to see more often nowadays. People are in trouble. They don't have the water at their necks, they are right below it and nobody is throwing them nothing to hold on to. I think the biggest problem is that, because we are also in trouble, we don't consider helping those who are doing worse than us. Maybe that's why we don't see people helping other people more often. It's because we are selfish, and we think our problems are the most important. If we stop thinking like that for a second though, we are capable of doing amazing things. Fluttershy must be scared to death of water, but that didn't stop her from grabbing a life saver and throwing it to her friend. We all need to be rescued, sooner or later, and we all should be brave enough to rescue somebody else too.
