Yup, another piece of work from Artist-X that I have been holding onto for over two years now. As ones like this seem to be popular, and because I haven’t been writing anything worth posting lately (
Apparently Connie has become a depowered diva of destruction, as there would be no way those restraints could hold her otherwise (she’s a scientifically-enhanced supersoldier with astounding strength and durability, for those of you who don’t know). As with other pieces of gift art featuring her in situations like this, I have no idea how her strength was sapped, nor do I know who is holding her captive or for what purpose; feel free to share your theories if you want.

My theory is that it's psychosomatic - sometimes her super-strength gets sapped when she lapses into super-depression at hearing things like Hillary Clinton being the probable 2016 presidential nominee.

You know, thanks to the process of being turned into a supersoldier, the Russian brainwashing, and the damage caused by the flagpole through the eye, Connie’s brain doesn’t work like the average person’s (insert joke here), so something like that might actually be a viable explanation… Still, with all her baggage (and no, I’m not talking about the pounds of lard she hauls around in those hideous pantsuits) Hillary does not seem like much of a threat at all. I have a terrible track record when it comes to political predictions, though, so that lying Constitution-hater’s cankles may indeed march her into the Oval Office in a few years.
As for my Halloween-

As for the (fall) holidays, mine were pretty sub-par too, nothing much happened. Shame, I remember it being an exciting time of year. Probably just nostalgia.
