I probably can. Besides the continent being bigger, what else would be different?

well the res would be massively bigger the biggest one you can create
since it would all be covered in jungle with some maountains and lakes, rivers
it would be like it was in the centre of an indian ocean, and without isles

Don't know if my PC can handle files that massive...
But that shouldn't be too hard to do. The hard part about using that tutorial is that you have to do random mountains/hills, you can't really put mountains in a specific spot/range on the map.

no problem it doesnt matter where mountains will be,as long as it huge
oh and about the files i think it has something to do with screen resolution of your monitor-how big it is,
mine is 1680*1050 so it can handle even over 10000 px in size

How did you do the mountain-y terrain? It looks very nice.

Thanks. The tutorial I used is in the description block, but it appears the guy has removed it from his web site
After much Googling, I found he uploaded the tutorials as PDFs at the Cartographer's Guild web site [link]
The mountain-y terrain is shown in the #5 tutorial on that post. I've downloaded the PDF files from there, so now I have a copy of his tutorials

Wow. That's interesting
I originally created this as a map for my Nation States country, a long time ago. I don't play any more, but it was pretty fun for a while.

That is very nice. Is there any chance you could upload a bigger version, or is this the fullsize?

Thanks.
The original is 3200x4267 (300 DPI). I lowered the DPI and scaled it down a bit to get the file size < 10mb for upload. If you'd like the full 300 DPI image ( > 30mb), then send me a note and I can email it to you.
I've been working on some other maps and I updated the water color on this image since I like the other water color better than the color I originally used on this map (this was my first map uploaded).
