Description
I arrived at this location with one warning, "watch your step as you enter the home", I was expecting to see a hole in the floor as is common in these types of places. As I approached the door I was greeted by my friend to a fit of laughter and he said "watch out, don't step on it", I looked down to see a dead opossum right where my next footstep would have been. It had died not too long ago and it smelled awful, it was a sign of the types of conditions that were waiting inside this recently abandoned home. This is probably the most disgusting abandoned house that I have ever been inside. Extensive black mold throughout the entire house and rodents running around everywhere (some dead and some were alive), as well as rotten food (including meat) throughout the kitchen.

This houses' fate has already been sealed as it is owned by a developer and will likely be replaced by an architecturally uninspiring and bland move in ready home.

This house was truly untouched, many possessions left behind including this drafting table complete with the final piece of artwork the owner was never able to finish.
