Thank you Ioanna, it's one of my favourite areas actually. It's a very large lake and yes you can swim in it but it is usually very cold even during the warmest times of the year. We have a few really large lakes in the area but unfortunately at least half of them are heavily polluted and I would never consider swimming in them.
