Amazing art on the wall. I love when people go all out with those. To bad it will be destroyed soon.

It's already gone, although I am sure the negative from the original film lives on.

Really? How long? More than a hundred years?

My trip's going excellent so far. I had a great month of traveling around in the Yukon, saw some of the Rockies on my way south and have now settled in BigWhite for the winter.

Not sure how long to be honest but a lot of negatives from the 60s and 70s have held up well over time, other than some faded colour.Β  I think it has a lot to do with the quality of the film used and how well they were developed.

That's great! So you must be into Snowboarding or Skiing then?

Interesting! Well, I suppose it has only been 50 years though. Will they withstand a few centuries? I doubt it. I might be wrong though and the worst thing is I'm not going to find out...

Actually, I'm into neither. My friend I'm here with is really into skiing though and I just tagged along. I really liked the idea of tons of snow for a winter because at home we barely get any. I also hope I will be able to ski by the end of the winter.

True, none of us will be alive that long!

Sounds like you will enjoy your time in that area and I am sure there won't be a shortage of snow!

Yup.

Yeah, I already saw more snow in the past couple of weeks than in the last 15 years or so combined.
