I visited this lake for the first time about 7 years ago and knew that it was something special. I have wanted to take an image that effectively represents this beautiful and unique location and I think with this scene I have effectively done so. With the combination of beautiful light and the right time of year all of the elements in this scene just seamed to fall into place. I wish I could wake up to this view every morning.
