Description
The Holland Marsh is located on extremely fertile ground that was once nothing more than a marsh. It's main crops are carrots and onions but the different farms throughout the area have been known to grow more than 60 different vegetables. It feeds 75% of Ontario's population, 65% of the entire country and is North America's second largest producer of carrots. It doesn't stop there, you will find 'Holland Marsh produce' in the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean and even as far away as China.
