Originally painted this in 2005 and wanted to touch it up. Added a bunch of stuff to the image to give it more (skeletons, eclipse, faces/skulls in the fog & clouds, bats, etc.).Related content

WOW this pic is probably my favorite on the site, the technical design of integrating all the skulls so subtly into the background is just gorgeous, plus the shading and contrasts is just wicked. This would make an epic tattoo.

ok thanks, I thought that was just for the stupid car ad. I posted my reply anyway. She might check back to see if anyone else said anything, like a criminal coming back to the crime seen. 
In a way, I feel sorry for her/him. They obviously feel the need to get attention from others well beyond what I would consider normal and going about the wrong way to do it.

I guess some people feel the need to act superior by stealing someone else's grate art, which is kind of belittling to the beginner artists that post there or actual help. :/

I remember loving this years ago...and I remember feeling the background was rather vague. Now, however, I simply adore this picture. The background feels soft when comparing the sharp contrast of the skeleton guy. The colouring is awesome; the sky and other 'characters' don't take over the picture.
I can see a vast improvement to the piece. Well done.

Thanks so much! I was wondering if the other skeletons were too much for the image so it's nice to hear from someone else that they are not. I'm trying to find the fine line between too little going on and too much. Of course that 'fine line' is relative to the viewer so I'm forced to leave it up to my own gut feeling unless someone else gives their opinion. So thanks!
