She's wearing Daz's Queen of Ages dress with a custom texture set made by me.

Supertechnicolor! I love it. The dress model and texture work great. One thing I might personally try is to make the insignia a little less primary-yellow and more the shade of the rank braid. But aside from that, awesome!
