Here are a few fresh renders of my bridge.Showing off easy switching between red alert and normal operation, console and trim colors, and arrangement of wall sections.
I now also have a captains chair with armrest controls and back pattern

ive done a rough sketch of a layout. thats about as far as my skills go. i could email it you

When I eventually finish all the fiddly bits, I will release it to the public. Everything is set up to be modular, and rotate around the center point using the Y axis. And the material zones are clearly labeled for easy texture, color, and light swapping. And I might get around to building those consoles that are on either side of the turbolift in the Reliant.

Are you trying to make an exact replica of the Enterprise-A bridge from the closing scene in ST4, or an adaptation of it with your own creative license?
I seem to remember the overhead lighting was significantly stronger in that scene.
If you're doing the later, I have a request. Could you do something to set the captain's chair apart from the others? I think it needs a different color and maybe the back-rest needs to be different so it looks more apart from the other chairs on the bridge. This would be a nod to the style of the original Star Trek.

I would love to be able to make it close to "screen accurate". The issue is that the set was never fully upgraded to this style before being gutted for use as Next Generation sets. The only 100% completed areas where shown in the closing scene of ST IV. There where a few TV interviews promoting the movie, that showed other views and some of the consoles and screens where still the old style
The lighting is a work in progress. It is being generated by shaders, so the light is coming from the fixtures.
As far as the Captains chair is concerned... I will have to side with Kirk's line in ST V on this one. "I miss my old chair" I love the ST I - IV style chairs.
