Description This image is a personal project, so doesn't belong to anyone else, i.e. a client. The nonexclusive license to this image is £10.

Digital painting. Took a few days, on and off. All done using standard photoshop brushes. Imported a few larva elements too.
No initial plan. Still learning, so I can't predict where my compositions will head.

Cheers sc - they are the boy racers of the future. The lighthouse keeper see's it all the time. The teenage pilots like to do daring landings to show off but all too often they end up being consumed by the lava, along with their ship.

However, getting a regular position in art is hard enough - they want years of in-house experience which is hard to get as I don't live anywhere near any studios. Bummer.

I will try Hollywood though as you never know!!
