There's a reason why Nazi Hunters where a Big thing Post WW2 even most of the Nazi's they were hunting were dead and buried. Sometimes it's for the Closure of knowing an old demon won't haunt this life ever again, sometimes it's to balance the scales and bring someone to justice. Sometimes it's plain honest-to-goodness revenge.
In the Drazi's case I feel it's more of a distraction than anything. Distract everyone from the New wrong going on by bringing up the Old.
