They made a Ray one... he's EXTREMELY rare though. When I was in highschool I had many dreams of me finally getting my hands on one. I'd always have him in my hand and say "Finally I have him and this time it's not a dream!" then I'd wake up and it would be a dream.
Ironically the same thing happened to me giving Liam Neeson a hug. It's his birthday today btw. Giving him a hug is still on my bucket list (even though at this point it might be his bucket list)

Yes, now that you mention it I DO seem to recall a Ray action figure.
In that case, they need to make MORE Ray action figures. And they still need to make a Mouse one.
