Quickpaint (in that it didn't take me long and it's VERY sketchy) of Dr. Mordin Solus from Mass Effect 2.

Go buy it. Seriously. It doesn't have (or need) multiplayer, so it doesn't really matter whether or not your friends have it. I'd seriously suggest getting both Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. You could probably get them cheapish..
Also, the 3rd and final game in the series is coming out at the end of the year, so..
